Dipping my toes into the world of Blogging.
I hope to be able to engage with you all by posting about my experiences, perhaps offering some tips. Failing that, I will regularly post pictures of my dogs/birds/chickens.
Earlier - brief - blog entries are moments in my writer’s life, including the first article on 26th May 2020, the date I received that email after nearly fifteen years of rejections.
I’ve worked hard at my writing. I’ve been diligent and determined, but lucky. I sent my manuscript at the right time, to the right person. Another day may have been too late.
On my writing journey, loved ones have cheered me on from the side-lines. They believed in me and read terrible first drafts. I have many people to thank.
If you do nothing else today, open a book and get lost in the magic of words. Do the same tomorrow.
